Van Seplow was a pioneer in late-night radio, being one of the first people to ever run a talk show after midnight. But even that was a negotiation! The owners of the radio station thought he was crazy to want air time that late, and the only reason the deal went through was based on a barter.
Van went on to be a major player in luxury New York real estate and an investor in countless companies throughout the world.
He brings all of his backgrounds together in this exciting and fun podcast, exploring some of the most interesting minds in business and their wild stories.
